George Williams passed away on 7th September 2013, aged 90.
| A fellow bass player. Lovely fellow who never sought publicity or fame, just loved his music, wife and family. A respected, long serving muso of the Christchurch dance, cabaret and show scene. Much enjoyed playing (and pretending to nick) my Fender Jazz too. A long 90 year life as befits such a good bloke. - Peter Hindmarsh |
