Keith Prictor passed away on Saturday 4th November 2017.  Keith was a well respected guitarist, vocalist and arranger who was on the Auckland scene for many years.  He arranged and sequenced many backing tracks for the live TV and Radio performances and was the musical director for the Yandall Sisters with whom he toured the Pacific and USA and performed in Las Vegas, Hawaii, San Diego and other USA centres.  Keith also played support gigs for George Benson, Status Quo, Pat Boone and many others, as well as featuring in a number of well known Auckland bands.

It was through my association with The Yandalls that I first met Keith, although Pete Grattan & Gary Bayer had known and worked with him.  I loved his humour and respected his musicianship.  He will be sadly missed and, in joining his Brother-in-law, Bob, that band up there has gained a very respectable Kiwi contingent.  My thoughts and condolences go out to Pauline and their family - Viv McCarthy
A very, very tasty guitar man, a superb electronics technician, a wonderful human being, husband and father, who I have known and played alongside at more gigs than I care to remember.  Any "muso" who is blessed should have a "KP" in their life.  Love and peace to "Lina" and the whole family - George and Erica Sabbage
(email me your tribute to Keith and I'll add it in -
